Welcome to PlayO. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You're responsible for activity on your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PlayO.

Bookings & tournaments

• Booking a court or entering a tournament is a request fulfilled by the venue or organizer; availability and rules are set by them.
• Entry fees are charged at registration. If you withdraw before a tournament's registration deadline, your entry fee is refunded; after the deadline, fees are non-refundable.
• Booking cancellation terms may vary by venue and are shown at the time of booking.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Prices are shown in PKR (or your local currency) and include any stated fees. You authorize PlayO to charge your selected payment method for bookings and entry fees you confirm.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse PlayO: no fraud, harassment, fake results, scraping, or interfering with the service. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Content

You're responsible for content you post (reviews, names, squad info) and grant us a license to display it within the service. Keep it lawful and respectful.

Disclaimers & liability

PlayO is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted service and aren't liable for the conduct of venues, organizers, or other players, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the changes. We'll note the "last updated" date above.
