Privacy Policy

PlayO ("we", "us") operates the PlayO mobile app and website for discovering and booking sports courts, joining tournaments, and connecting with other players in Pakistan and beyond. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

Information we collect

• Account — your name, phone number, email (if provided), and city. Created when you sign up with phone, Google, or Apple.
• Activity — your bookings, tournament entries, recorded match results, squads, reviews, and saved venues.
• Payments — card payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. We retain a payment reference and amount.
• Device & usage — app interactions and diagnostics used to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

• To provide bookings, tournaments, leaderboards, squads, and notifications.
• To process payments and entry fees, and issue refunds.
• To keep the service secure and prevent abuse.
• To improve features and fix problems.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers that run PlayO — Supabase (authentication & database), Stripe (payments), and our hosting/SMS providers — and with venues you book or tournaments you enter, to fulfill your request. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices & rights

• Access / export — export your data anytime from Settings → Privacy & data → Export my data.
• Deletion — delete your account and personal data anytime from Settings → Privacy & data → Delete account. This is permanent.
• Notifications — manage push and email preferences in Settings.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and personal data are removed; anonymized booking records may be retained by venues for their own bookkeeping.

Children

PlayO is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
